Snowboarding & snowmobiling are exhilarating experiences, whether just for fun or in competition. The cold, crisp mountain air mixed with the beautiful snow is a mix of all the elements needed for a good time. However, snowboarding and snowmobiling are still risky when it comes to the possibility of injury – whether to the rider or bystanders. Although snowboarders themselves can carry their own insurance in case they get hurt, there is also a potential liability for the company that owns and rented out the snowboarding equipment.
