Texas is one of the few states that regulates certain types of insurance policies by requiring them to be written in a pre-determined, standardized form. Idaho State Auto Insurance Crash Laws

For example, Idaho Statute 49-1301 states that anyone who causes an accident must stop at the accident scene or as close as possible and make every effort to remain there until all other provisions of the law regarding accidents are fulfilled. Auto insurance laws are similarly detailed. The two sets of laws overlap only briefly, however, so there are few state laws regarding auto insurance at the time of a crash.

Ontario Car Insurance Information
